Update To The The Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act

The Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act has seen a update in Rules regarding the Review Panel. This comes in relation to submitting an application for the review of a decision of a regulatory body. This change falls under section 19T (6) of the Act.

It further states that for the purpose of section 19S of the Act, an application to the Review Panel for a review of the decision of a regulatory body under section 19N shall be made by lodging an application with the Secretary to the Review Panel within 21 Days of said decision, to which the Secretary shall not give less than 10 days' notice for the hearing to review the aggrieved party and regulatory body.
